Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie Bowl

2 servings:

  • 1 cup Coconut Water (Nut or Almond Milk)

  • 1 cup Frozen Berries

  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed

  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds

  • 1 tbsp Pecans

  • 1 1/2 tsp Hemp Seeds

Directions:
Add coconut water or nut milk, frozen mixed berries, vanilla protein powder to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
