1 cup Coconut Water (Nut or Almond Milk)
1 cup Frozen Berries
1 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 tbsp Pecans
1 1/2 tsp Hemp Seeds
Directions:
Add coconut water or nut milk, frozen mixed berries, vanilla protein powder to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
